Four different fi sh environments are within
minutes of each other—ocean, bay, estuary,
river. Can you imagine the variety of fi sh?
Then combine that with the cleanest water in
all of New Jersey. Little Egg Harbor has been
nationally recognized for its fi shing. ESPN
reported in 2005 on the Striped Bass caught
from the coast at our own Graveling point
some as large as thirty pounds! Is it any wonder
fi shing tournaments are regularly held in our
waters? Whether its pulling in a thirty-pound
Striper from the coast, heading out to the
Atlantic Ocean for a Mako shark, trolling at
the fi sh factory for some fl ounder or renting a
crab boat to catch some blue claws, if you’re
a fi sherman you’re at home in Little Egg
Harbor.
