The origin of our firm name, CG Moneta, can be found in ancient Rome. In Roman mythology, Moneta was an epithet of Juno, called Juno Moneta. Juno Moneta was the protector of funds. As such, money was coined in her temple. Juno Moneta’s name is a source of numerous words in English and the Romance Languages, including the words money and mint. CG Moneta Consulting is an Expense Reduction Firm. We work with organizations to significantly reduce costs while increasing cash flow – thus “protecting” our client’s funds. Therefore, the name Moneta aligned with our end goals as a business as well as with what we envisioned for our clients.
